Description

A childhood favourite dessert was always a self saucing pudding with ice-cream.

I just love that combination of hot and cold!

This has to be the recipe that has challenged me the most so far. I was so determined to get it right, I must have tested it at least 10 times to get it perfect.

This pudding will serve 6 people. You may think the serving sizes are small however the pudding is quite rich.

For a dairy free version, swap the butter for coconut oil.

This is absolutely delicious with my keto ice-cream.
